Atlas Ascend offers apparel, accessories, and related products inspired by Moroccan heritage and modern streetwear. We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including colors, materials, fit, sizing, and product details. However, product colors and appearance may vary depending on your device, screen settings, lighting conditions, or product production variations.

We do not guarantee that the appearance, color, fit, quality, or details of any product purchased by you will exactly match how it appears on your screen or how it is described or rendered in our online store.

Some Atlas Ascend products may be produced through print-on-demand or made-to-order fulfillment. Minor variations in placement, print, embroidery, color, or finish may occur as part of the production process.

All product descriptions, prices, images, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We may limit the quantities of any products that we offer to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order through our store, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Atlas Ascend reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process your payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, including product selection, size, color, shipping address, billing information, and contact details. Because some products may be produced through print-on-demand or made-to-order fulfillment, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests after an order has been accepted or entered production.

If we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address, shipping address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.

Your purchases are subject to returns, refunds, or issue resolutions solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs duties, import fees, or other charges that may apply depending on your location. Final shipping rates, taxes, and applicable charges are shown at checkout where available.

Prices posted in our online store may differ from prices offered through third-party platforms, marketplaces, promotions, or other sales channels. We may offer promotions from time to time that are governed by terms and conditions separate from these Terms. If there is a conflict between promotional terms and these Terms, the promotional terms will govern for that promotion.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, billing, and account information for all purchases made through our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

You represent and warrant that any payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete, that you are authorized to use the payment method provided, and that charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment provider.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently ship to Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, Morocco, and selected international destinations. Available shipping destinations, shipping rates, and estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and the products ordered.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Production time, carrier delays, customs processing, local delivery conditions, and events outside our control may affect delivery times.

Our estimated delivery times are generally as follows:
Europe: 5–10 business days
United Kingdom: 5–15 business days
United States: 10–30 business days
Morocco: 10–30 business days
Rest of the World: 10–30 business days

Final shipping rates are shown at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other local charges may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, incorrect customer information, failed delivery attempts, or events outside our reasonable control.

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss may pass to you to the extent permitted by applicable law.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS, REFUNDS AND PRODUCT ISSUES
Because Atlas Ascend products may be produced through print-on-demand or made-to-order fulfillment, we do not accept returns for wrong size selection, change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect customer information.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at atlasascend@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the claim and help arrange the appropriate solution when the claim is eligible.

Refunds, replacements, or other resolutions are handled according to our Refund Policy.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brand names, logos, product names, designs, text, displays, images, graphics, photographs, videos, audio, product descriptions, website layout, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Atlas Ascend, ATLAS ASCEND LLC, our affiliates, partners, or licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Shopify’s name, logo, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.

You may be provided with access to customer tools or features offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor control.

Atlas Ascend is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make through our store are made directly with Atlas Ascend and ATLAS ASCEND LLC.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Atlas Ascend, including any injury, damage, loss, claim, refund, return, or dispute resulting from purchased products or services. This limitation applies to any claim related in any way to your use of the Services or any product, including but not limited to errors or omissions in content, loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of the Services, or any product, content, or information made available through the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You and Atlas Ascend agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Mexico, United States, except where applicable law provides you with mandatory rights to bring claims in another jurisdiction.
