Atlas Ascend pieces may be produced through print-on-demand or made-to-order fulfillment. Because of this, returns and refunds are handled carefully and only apply to eligible product issues.

Incorrect address or order details

Please review your order carefully before checkout, including product, size, color, shipping address, and contact details.

Print-on-Demand Notice

Each Atlas Ascend piece may be produced after your order is placed. Because products can be made specifically for each customer, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges for wrong size selection, change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or preference changes.

If you need a different size or color, a new order must be placed.

Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at atlasascend@outlook.com.

Please include your order number, the email address used at checkout, a clear description of the issue, and clear photos of the item, packaging, and any visible damage or defect.

Review & Resolution

Once we receive your request, we will review the information provided. If the issue is eligible, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate solution depending on the situation and product availability.

Items must not be worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery in order to qualify for review.

Lost Orders

If your order appears to be lost in transit, contact us at atlasascend@outlook.com with your order number and tracking information.

Atlas Ascend is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect customer information, failed delivery attempts, or events outside our control.

Incorrect Address or Customer Information

Please make sure your shipping address and contact information are correct before placing your order. Atlas Ascend is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or undeliverable because of incorrect or incomplete customer information.

If you notice an address mistake after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been accepted or entered production.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or card issuer.

Shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and other local charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or unless the issue was caused by our error.

EU Customers

Where applicable, customers in the European Union may have certain consumer rights under local law. However, because many Atlas Ascend products may be made-to-order or produced through print-on-demand fulfillment, certain withdrawal or return rights may be limited where permitted by law.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
